Large Corporate Business Manager UK Field Based About the role Due to an internal promotion, our Large Corporate Channel Lead, Mark Valderey, has a fantastic opportunity to join his very successful Large Corporate team. As a Business Manager in our Large Corporate channel, this opportunity is primarily a relationship management role but with very high expectations to seek out upsell opportunities. You will be given a very manageable portfolio of circa 10 existing UK based corporate partners to manage. These existing partners are household names who have good established accounts with us. Your initial brief will be to establish strong credible relationships quickly, as their trusted strategic business partner, managing, developing, and supporting them in their transition towards a zero-emission future. Every partner has a uniqueness and complexity. You will need to get to grips with these to be able to deliver value for the future. Once established, as the face of Arval, you will be highly visible to these partners so relationships and financial awareness will be key to your success. This will include interacting with many departments within Arval to secure buy-in and achievement of business and customer objectives alike. Secondly, you will have a challenging (but achievable) new business target as we continue to help businesses review their transportation needs and offer practical solutions for their future. As you seek and identify opportunities for new business and upsell, you will work closely with our Marketing and Consultancy Teams, to coordinate opportunities for business development. You will work alongside and be supported by our Bid and Customer Account Teams taking ownership to ensure we deliver the highest level of service quality to our customers. What's in it for you? This is a field-based role that comes with the full home working allowance and being a nationwide role, we are open on where you live, however, in addition to client visits you will have meetings in our 3 offices (Swindon, Manchester & Solihull). We are looking for someone with Lease Co. experience who can demonstrate a strong understanding of the complexities of leasing products and services with credibility and finesse. Strong relationship management with Corporate clients plays a huge part too. You'll be able to build lasting relationships effortlessly. Whether externally or internally, your natural charm and influencing skills make you instantly likable and credible. The ability to quickly understanding customer requirements and then shape a bespoke solution will also set you apart. Finally, we need a strategic thinker. Someone able to take a long-term view for the customer and Arval. A keen commercial eye with true financial awareness is required for success in the role.
