My client are an award-winning Contractor who are proud to be a family-run business who are experiencing a period of extended growth. The business handles a wide range of projects, working predominantly with Social Housing Providers and Local Authorities and specialising in the delivery of retrofit projects. They have an exciting opportunity available for a Quality & Compliance Manager to join their business as part of the senior leadership team to develop their compliance department, based in their South Manchester Head Offices. This is a new role created due to the growth of the business and their continued expansion within the renewable energy sector. Responsibilities: The role will be responsible for ensuring all projects are compliant with OFGEM and PAS 2030/2035 requirements. Lead and manage the compliance function across the group. Ensure all projects meet OFGEM, PAS2030, and PAS2035 standards. Oversee documentation processes, ensuring accuracy and timely submission. Liaise with installers, site managers, and retrofit professionals to maintain compliance. Prepare progress reports for senior leadership. Track incoming files and manage uploads to client portals. Provide administrative support to Retrofit Assessors and Coordinators. Maintain high standards of quality across all energy efficiency and renewable projects. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate: Proven experience in compliance, within the renewable energy or energy efficiency sectors (ideally with 5 years experience) Strong knowledge of PAS2030/2035. Confident with IT systems and document tracking tools. Able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
