Despatch Line Leader
Shift: continental shift, working 7 shifts over a 14 day period

Due to internal promotion Becketts Foods are recruiting a line leader for our despatch department.
The role is working in a chilled environment, you will ensure accurate and efficient line performance through the team, with compliance to both foods safety and Health & Safety
Responsibilities to include:
* Paperwork compliance
* Ensuring all orders are picked, packed and despatched accurately and on time
* Meet KPI targets
* Adhere to labour plan
* Reporting of all issues/errors quickly and efficiently
* Health and Safety compliance
* Food safety compliance
Knowledge and Experience required:
* Knowledge of a production line is essential
* Food Safety Level 2 desirable
* Experience of managing a small team
* Previous experience in a similar role.
* Strong leadership skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Good organisational skills.
* Good attention to detail.
* Ability to work under pressure.
* Knowledge of health and safety policies and procedures.
* An understanding of Microsoft packages, including Excel.
