About Our Client

Job Description

3. Oversee day-to-day operations within the Academy training and Administration team.
4. Implement operational policies and guidelines to ensure efficiency and compliance.
5. Analyse data for process improvement
6. Assess the course content of the training team and ensure its implemented properly and effectively.
7. Ensure best practice is delivered
8. Manage a medium sized team of people in 2 locations, ensuring daily one to ones and guidance given
9. Manage administrative tasks including documentation, reports, and correspondence.
10. Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth operations.
11. Lead, manage, and motivate the administrative team to achieve departmental goals.
12. Handle employee queries and resolve any administrative issues.
13. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with established standards and procedures.
14. Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

The Successful Applicant

15. A successful Admin and Operations Manager should have:
16. Proven experience in an administrative or operational management role.
17. Experience within a training environment
18. Strong leadership and team management skills.
19. Excellent analytic skills
20. Ability to make sense of raw date
21. Process and operational improvement skills
22. Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
23. Proficiency in office management software and systems.
24. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
25. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
