Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily ticketing operations and customer transactions
* Manage and develop the ticketing system, including pricing, products, promotions, and capacity
* Monitor ticket sales and implement strategies to maximise revenue
* Produce sales and performance reports to support decision-making
* Liaise with system suppliers on upgrades and improvements
* Ensure compliance with data protection and operational standards
* Support customer service issue resolution
* Line manage the Ticketing & Retail Coordinator, Ticketing & Admissions Team Leader, and Ticketing Team
About You
* Proven ticketing or box office management experience
* Strong people management experience in a customer-facing or operational environment
* Experience working with IT teams on system support or development
* Knowledge of group bookings and commercial ticketing arrangements
* Highly organised, detail-focused, proactive, and solutions-driven
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
