Responsibilities:
* Driver required to visit stores for merchandise activities.
* Stores include Tesco Helston, Asda Hayle, and Asda Falmouth.
* Travel time and mileage are paid: 45p per mile and £12.21 per hour.
* Travel is required to various stores within the assigned route.
* Recover, replenish, and merchandise the concession shop during visits.
* Validate all carton deliveries from the Distribution Center.
* Implement and execute the Planogram following In-Store Presentation guidelines.
* Replenish stock from fixture storage and stockroom to ensure all products are on the sales floor.
* Ensure promotions and sales are in line with operational requirements.
* Manage markdowns according to operational standards.
* Organize extra stock in designated areas.
* Process empty cards, transfers, and damages as required.
* Verify style numbers in the concession system for proper scanning.
* Proactively suggest improvements to sales performance.
* Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the concession area.
* Lead and train partner team by example, demonstrating good product knowledge.
* Provide regular updates to the Concessions District Sales Manager on performance, with feedback and recommendations.
