Oracle Manufacturing Lead Consultant
Location: Ampstek, Daventry, England, United Kingdom
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Manufacturing Lead Consultant with strong hands‑on expertise in Oracle eBusiness Suite (eBS) Functional Modules. The consultant will lead client discussions, gather and document business requirements, design solutions, and manage implementation through go‑live and support.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead business requirement discussions and document functional specifications.
* Perform Fit‑Gap analysis, solution design, and validation with business users.
* Collaborate with offshore teams and coordinate project activities.
* Manage cutover planning, data conversions, go‑live, and post‑implementation support.
* Handle testing phases (SIT, UAT) and support user training.
* Identify project dependencies, risks, and propose mitigation actions.
* Prepare and maintain detailed design documentation following SDLC processes.
Must Have Skills
* Oracle Manufacturing (MFG)
* Oracle Order Management (OM) and Purchasing (PO)
* Oracle Inventory (INV)
* Strong knowledge of Item, BOM, Routing, Costing, and Order Management modules.
* Excellent understanding of SDLC and business process flows.
* Proven client‑facing and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have
* Exposure to Cost Management or Work in Process (WIP) modules.
* Prior experience with Manufacturing industry clients.
