Key Responsibilities:
Ensure care plans are accurately followed, regularly reviewed, and tailored to residents’ individual needs.
Supervise and support the care team, encouraging a positive and effective working environment.
Oversee the well-being of residents, ensuring they are engaged, motivated, and living enriched lives.
Deliver and oversee high-quality care in line with assessed needs.
Lead the team with a focus on professional development and consistent care standards.
Contribute to the improvement and innovation of care services for individuals with diverse needs.

Candidate Requirements:
Essential:
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Senior Carer Supervisor or Deputy Manager in a residential care setting
Proven ability to support elderly clients, including those with dementia and challenging behaviour
Experience in rota management
Full UK driving licence
Compassionate, team-oriented, and committed to delivering excellent care
Strong communication and English language skills
Desirable:
Additional specialist training in elderly care or dementia support
Certificates relevant to social care management or advanced nursing practice
