Responsibilities
* Ensuring all delegated reactive works/PPMs are completed in a timely manner
* Service, testing, diagnose and repair systems related to building
* Carry out building service checks as well as electrical & mechanical systems
* Electrical & mechanical checks as and when required
* Adhering to all health & safety/COVID-19 guidelines on site
* Liaising with clients and management
* Proactive and enthusiastic towards work
Qualifications
* Excellent communication skills
* The successful candidate will have a strong building services background in a commercial setting, ideally with a relevant qualification to electrical or mechanical engineering. They will be expected to integrate into a team of engineers and have a flexible attitude towards work, as well as supporting the wider business.
* NVQ/City and Guilds level 2 or 3 in Electrical or Mechanical engineering
* Experience of engineering services maintenance
* Excellent team working, customer care and problem-solving capabilities
