The Role Reporting to the National Warehouse Manager, we are looking for a Refurb Team Leader to lead the on-site team of Refurb Technicians to achieve daily targets set out based on usage, availability and demand from management. The successful candidate will oversee the coordination of our units, materials and parts to ensure the team are able to complete their daily tasks with no downtime or loss of production. Hours of Work: 8:30 - 17:00 Monday to Friday Responsibilities: Assist the demand planning team to ensure that availability of materials / spare parts and units are available to complete refurbs. Responsible for refurb targets daily / weekly / monthly Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure the right stock is at the right place at the right time Completing daily stand ups with the team to review previous performance and day ahead Develop a culture of continuous improvement within our refurb teams to align with our refurb utilisation goals Responsible for average cost to refurb and goal to drive costs down whilst still maintaining high standards Responsible for waste collections and ensuring compliance with legislation including but not limited to: Units being recycled / cardboard once bailed / excess plastic Responsible for the day-to-day management of the team including but not limited to absence management / performance management / etc. Requirements Proven experience as a team lead or supervisor in a manufacturing environment.
