*About The Role*
As an Apprentice Learning and Development Practitioner, you'll be tasked with supporting the delivery of our Unrivalled Employee Experience Strategy.
As part of this role, you will be tasked with supporting the development and delivery of training across the Customer Directorate.
This role reports directly to the Knowledge Manager and is part of the Customer Training Team. While the team operates within the People Directorate, its work has a significant impact across the Customer Directorate, supporting the development and delivery of training that enhances customer-facing capabilities.
For this role, you will be responsible for engaging with key individuals across the business to ensure that their training needs are being met and recording this on a Training Needs Analysis, as required.
This is a varied and important role and the successful candidate will also be responsible for supporting the creation of training material (online and in-person) to ensure that these are engaging, fun and deliver and unrivalled experience. Your responsibilities will also mean you will support the delivery for this training, managing training plans, organising training schedules and delivering this training (as appropriate) yourself.
You will also be required to assess the outcomes of our training delivery, engaging with our learners and stakeholders and making proposals for future changes and delivery. You will also be responsible for the maintenance of our hub of online resources which our Customer Directorate uses on a daily basis.

This role is ideal for a confident, creative and enthusiastic individual who has a passion for education and development.
This will be a demanding role and you will need to have strong organisational skills to manage your own workload, training development plans, schedules and project work. Furthermore, this role will involve stakeholder engagement reporting as well as training delivery. As such, you will need to have strong communication and presentation skills, as well as the confidence to use them.
It is vital in this role that you demonstrate what we expect of our learners, a willingness and drive to develop. As such, you will need to open feedback, self-motivated and self-reliant. Due to the ever-changing environment of training, it's important that you have a professional, proactive and positive 'can do' attitude and be adaptable to these changing circumstances.
