We're working with a Tier 1 main contractor delivering two of the UK’s most high-profile life sciences projects — and they’re looking to hire 2x Senior Quantity Surveyors to join their growing commercial team.
If you've got experience in structural packages or have worked for a specialist frame subcontractor, this could be a standout next move for you.

Lead on client change control and maximise project value
Manage monthly valuations and ensure timely certification
Forecast labour, plant, and materials for allocated work sections
Take ownership of subcontractor packages – steel, civils, earthworks, utilities
Drive commercial performance while maintaining excellent relationships across project teams
