As part of the NuffieldCleanTeam at our gym,we’ll expect you to organise your work and plan your time with assistance from a Team Leader to ensure thatcleaning never gets in the way of a customer’s experience. You will use the latestcleaning equipment, products and this will be supported by a first-class training programme. You have a friendly nature and good communication skills, which will come in handy when you’re interacting with colleagues and customers.
As aCleanTeam Member, you will:
1. Cleanand prepare a range of areas at our club
2. Care about our customers
3. Take pride in your work
4. Experience in a similar role, you will be well organised and will ensure thatcleaning processes are followed and that the location isclean, pleasant and safe for customers.
5. Use equipment safely (such as scrubber dryers, rotary machines & carpetcleaners)
6. Be responsible for a variety of tasks, from gym, changing room, shower & poolsidecleaning, waste removal & periodic deepcleaning
