We are seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team in delivering exceptional culinary experiences. Duties
* Supervise and manage the kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient workflow.
* Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to maintain high culinary standards.
* Develop and implement menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
* Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, organised kitchen environment.
* Train and mentor kitchen staff in cooking techniques, food safety practices, and service excellence.
* Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Monitor inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and manage food costs effectively.
* Maintain a positive work atmosphere that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
