Health & Safety Manager – Net-Zero Megaproject

We are supporting a major Net-Zero megaproject in recruiting a Health & Safety Manager to drive operational safety and promote a positive SHE culture across multiple sites. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior professional looking for a long-term role with real impact.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead health, safety & environmental compliance across multiple sites

Conduct audits, inspections, and incident investigations
*
Deliver training sessions and toolbox talks to staff
*
Ensure compliance with statutory SHE regulations and company standards
*
Promote a positive safety culture and drive continuous improvement
*
Support operational teams with risk assessments and SHE guidance
Requirements:
*
NEBOSH General Certificate (Diploma desirable)
*
IOSH membership desirable
*
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a SHE role
*
Full UK driving licence
*
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
*
Flexible approach to working hours in a 24/7 business
