As a Senior Project Manager, you'll take full ownership of project delivery across the West Midlands, guiding clients through the entire lifecycle of each scheme. The successful Senior Project Manager will be expected to lead project teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and drive projects to successful completion. The Senior Project Manager's role The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing projects from feasibility through to handover, including managing procurement processes, contract administration (JCT/NEC), and financial oversight. You'll provide strategic input on key schemes valued between £1m and £30m, working closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure successful delivery.
