Job Description PROPERTY MANAGER – Property Management Location: Walton on Thames, KT12 Salary: £25-32 k (DOE) Position: Permanent – Full Time A highly successful, Surrey based, independent Estate and Lettings agency are looking to recruit an experienced Property Manager to supervise and control their lettings portfolio in the Walton / Weybridge area. You must have previous working experience in the Residential Lettings and specifically in Property Management because you will need to hit the ground running! For this position, you will need to prove your comprehensive industry knowledge, a thorough understanding of lettings law and processes, have outstanding organisational and administrative skills, demonstrate strong communication skills, and show your confidence and customer services ability in terms of dealing with clients, tenants, suppliers, contractors and other members of your team. Ideally you will be ARLA qualified as well as having your own car and a full UK driving licence. Highly competitive salary package.
