Job Title: Education Finance Administrator
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Education Finance Administrator to support the LMS & Resources Manager in delivering the core functions of the service.
This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate financial administration, effective processing of school-related funding, and smooth day-to-day operations across the service.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the LMS & Resources Manager in delivering core service functions
* Administer School Uniform and School Milk grant claims accurately and efficiently
* Manage and reconcile school meals income and related financial records
* Process invoices for both debtors and creditors, ensuring accuracy and compliance
* Raise purchase orders and maintain correct financial documentation
* Handle general telephone and email enquiries in a professional and timely manner
* Use Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, to maintain and update financial records and data

* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Confident working with financial data and administrative processes
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
* Able to communicate effectively with schools, colleagues, and external contacts
* Reliable, proactive, and able to work to deadlines
