Our Team: Welcome to the Audi F1 Project.
Audi will be competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026.
The new team has three locations: the Motorsport Competence Center of Audi in Neuburg (Germany), the Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland), and the Sauber Motorsport Technical Center, UK, which will be operational this year. Our Power Unit comes from Neuburg, while Hinwil is responsible for chassis development and race operations.

The position for the Audi F1 Project is based at Audi Formula Racing GmbH in Neuburg (Germany).
In the Energy Recovery System (ERS) division, you will work as part of the department management team on the development and testing of key components that enhance power unit performance and contribute to competitiveness.
This position starts on January 1, 2026. Your Mission:
* Supporting the ERS department head as an interface between development departments and the workshop.
* Assisting in planning, coordination, and implementation of ERS development projects.
* Supporting budget planning for ERS projects.
* Participating in cross-departmental test and deployment planning for ERS components.
* Coordinating assembly planning with responsible personnel.
* Optimizing development processes and methods.
* Analyzing technical data and preparing progress reports.
* Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
Your Profile:
* Degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a related field.
* Experience in motorsport or electric drive system development, especially in project management/coordination.
* Development experience with electric drive systems in motorsport or similar environments.
* Excellent organizational skills and team spirit.
* Analytical thinking and structured working approach.
* Passion for motorsport and innovative technology with high commitment.
* Proficiency in German or English; willingness to learn the other language is a plus.
