We have an ambitious strategy to launch a series of new wellness products and services to customers. This is an exciting time for H&B and the International Supply Chain Coordinator role is crucial in ensuring we deliver to our roadmap and plans.
The purpose of this role is to support with order management, ensuring the smooth operation of the monthly order cycle. Responsibility for the claims process and partner management.
The Role
Key Responsibilities:
As a International Supply Chain Co-ordinator, you'll be responsible for:
Working internally with both our warehouse and UK supply chain team, and externally with our international markets; support the international supply chain team in delivering great customer service and delivery to our international markets by:
* Owning the claims investigation process
* Responsible for managing some partners and providing customer facing communications
* Maintaining SOPs, processes and making improvements to existing processes
* Weekly KPI report generation and communication both internally and externally
* Order form creation and distribution
* Supporting the team with projects and to help resolve any issues
Location: This is a hybrid role with 2 days per week required in our Nuneaton Head Office (CV10 7RH)
The Person
Key Requirements:
* Strong operational performer with good understanding of end-to-end supply chain.
* An eye for detail
* Is dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers
* Good organisational and time management skills
* Experience of working in International supply chain or some import/export knowledge
