Proper Recruitment are delighted to be working with a successful independent estate agent that are looking for a Senior Property Manager to oversee their property management portfolio as part of their growing team in North London.
Responsibilities:
* Management of a portfolio of properties
* Work with the branch to prepare properties for a new tenancies
* Respond to tenants maintenance requests
* Ensure properties meet their regulatory and statutory requirements
* Undertake inspections
* Organise/oversee refurbishment works
* Negotiate the prompt return of deposits
* Deliver excellent customer service and communication
* Build trusted relationships with colleagues, landlords, tenants and contractors
Requirements:
1. 3+ Years Property Management Experience
2. IT literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
3. Have a proven background in property management and an all-round knowledge of the industry
