We are seeking a dedicated and caring Children’s Residential Care Associate to join a therapeutic residential service in Salisbury.
In this role, you will help children develop emotional wellbeing, independence, and positive life skills. You will play a vital part in creating a stable home environment that promotes safety, consistency, and personal growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Support children and young people with daily routines and activities
* Promote emotional wellbeing and positive behaviour strategies
* Build strong, trusting relationships with young people
* Support education, leisure, and social development
* Work as part of a multidisciplinary residential care team
* Contribute to care plans and safeguarding responsibilities
Shift Pattern
* Includes day shifts, evenings, weekends, and sleep‑ins
* Rolling rota for consistency and work‑life balance

About You
