German and/or French-speaking Wholesale Customer Service Representative – Hybrid (London) or Fully Remote (UK) We’re looking for a German and/or French-speaking Customer Service Representative with strong B2B customer service experience, ideally within a wholesale, retail, or distribution environment. In this role, you’ll be the key contact for a portfolio of European clients, managing the full order cycle from placement to delivery. You’ll work closely with sales, logistics, and credit teams to ensure smooth order flow, resolve issues efficiently, and deliver outstanding customer support.
