What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities): Arranging and conducting property viewings Generating new business through calls and client outreach Negotiating successful property sales and residential lettings Canvassing and prospecting for new instructions Managing client relationships and providing exceptional customer service Liaising with landlords, vendors, applicants and buyers Meeting and exceeding individual and team targets What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience): Experience in estate agency sales and/or lettings A strong track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets Excellent communication and negotiation skills A positive, proactive, and self-motivated attitude Smart, professional presentation and strong work ethic Local knowledge of Ilford and surrounding areas (preferred) Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (essential) What's In It For You?
