About You
As a Technology Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in aligning technology with business ambition. Acting as a key liaison between stakeholders and IT delivery teams, you will ensure that every system change - from concept to deployment - is thoughtfully scoped, strategically aligned, and operationally sound.
With a strong foundation in business analysis, you will draw on your experience of working across Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies to navigate change projects with clarity and control. You will bring demonstrable experience in modelling business processes, capturing requirements to industry standards, and working across the full Software Development Lifecycle on new implementations, upgrades, and technical enhancements.
Your understanding of complex business structures, coupled with technical awareness - ideally including Salesforce - will support the delivery of scalable, fit-for-purpose solutions. You will be confident engaging users across all levels of the business, drawing out requirements, facilitating collaboration, and ensuring the correct solution is achieved the first time.
Your ability to translate goals into detailed technical requirements, manage expectations across diverse stakeholder groups, and champion quality throughout the change lifecycle will make you a trusted partner in the pursuit of innovation and operational excellence.

Your Impact:
In this versatile role, you will lead the definition and validation of business and technical requirements, supporting robust project outcomes and continuous improvement. From gathering initial input to supporting final UAT sign-off, you will ensure change requests are well-documented, thoughtfully prioritised, and successfully delivered.
Your ability to balance detail with direction will underpin your success as you:
* Engage with business functions to gather, validate, and prioritise requirements
* Facilitate clear, timely communication between business users and IT teams, ensuring expectations are managed and issues are resolved
* Translate business objectives into detailed documentation—such as Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications (FRDs), process flows, and decision logs
* Build a holistic view of end-to-end business processes, identifying improvement opportunities and potential risks
* Collaborate closely with developers, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned with operational goals
* Support sprint planning and delivery, ensuring appropriate business testing (UAT) and sign-off processes are completed
* Guide and manage small change activities or projects using best-practice methodologies
* Drive continuous improvement by maintaining up-to-date process documentation and recommending enhancements
