The Role: As the successful Payroll Processor you will report directly to the Payroll Manager and will be responsible for the following: Manage end-to-end payroll processing for a portfolio of clients, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery. Handle payroll queries, deductions, statutory payments, and HMRC submissions confidently. Collaborate closely with the Payroll Manager, providing regular updates and escalating issues where needed. Support the wider Business Services team with accounts work as required. Assist with tax-related tasks during busy periods, including basic corporate or personal tax preparation. Maintain strong client relationships by providing responsive, professional service. Contribute to process improvements and uphold consistent standards across the payroll and business services function. The Person: The successful Payroll Processor will meet the following criteria: Payroll processing experience Open to Practice / Industry and Bureau Client Management experience is desirable; Strong communication experience; Strong IT skills.
