4 on / 4 off Shift | Engineering & Maintenance
We’re supporting a global facilities leader as they grow their London team with a dedicated Project Supervisor. If you enjoy being the person who keeps projects moving, brings people together, and solves problems before they escape, this role will give you the scope to shine.
You’ll coordinate project activities, support onsite delivery, and make sure every stakeholder—from vendors to internal teams—has the information and guidance they need.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Acting as the main contact for all third‑party vendors and specialist contractors.
* Partnering with HSE colleagues to embed safe, effective project processes.
* Ensuring teams follow procedures and escalating concerns when necessary.
* Preparing clear weekly reports for leadership on project progress and risks.
* Reviewing documentation, resolving queries, and smoothing out roadblocks.
* Conducting onsite audits, walk‑rounds, surveys, isolations, and inspections.
* Analysing data to identify issues early and recommend improvements.
* Making sure handovers, permits, RAMs, and compliance checks are in place.
* Arranging engineering support and gathering competitive quotes from suppliers.
What You Bring:
* Electrical qualifications and significant experience in building services.
* A solid understanding of facilities management.
* Confidence working with external partners and internal teams alike.
* A customer‑focused approach with strong communication skills.
* Organisational strength and the ability to explain complex issues clearly.
* Strong Microsoft Office skills and an eye for detail.
