You will be responsible for maintaining the school’s IT systems, supporting hardware and software across the site, and assisting staff and students with technical queries. You will also help manage networks, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to the continuous improvement of IT infrastructure.
Experience and Qualifications
• Proven IT support experience, ideally in an educational setting
• Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, and network management
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
• Relevant IT qualification (e.g. CompTIA, Cisco, or similar) desirable
