We are seeking an experienced and visionary Assistant Director of Food & Beverage to support the strategic leadership of our restaurants, bars, and banqueting operations. This is a key leadership role, working alongside the Director of F&B to deliver world-class guest experiences while driving commercial success. What you will be doing: Lead and support the daily operations of multiple restaurants, bars, and event spaces, ensuring seamless service and exceptional standards. Inspire, mentor, and develop F&B leaders and their teams to reach their full potential. Assist in setting departmental strategy, managing budgets, and overseeing P&L performance. Ensure labour costs, payroll, and productivity are aligned with revenue goals. Partner with Talent & Culture on recruitment, training, and retention of top talent. Drive F&B sales through innovative promotions, guest engagement, and upselling initiatives. Maintain rigorous stock control, purchasing procedures, and compliance with liquor laws. Champion guest satisfaction by anticipating needs, responding to feedback, and elevating the overall dining experience. Uphold standards of health, safety, and hygiene across all outlets. Contribute to forecasting, reporting, and long-term planning for the F&B division.
