Are you a Electrician with experience working on vehicles such as Trains, Aircraft, PCV, HGV, Marine, Plant or any of these vehicles in the Armed Forces?
This exciting opportunity is for you!
Working at a modern production facility you who will be engaged for the implementation of a suite of modifications on state of the art vehicles platforms.
You will be responsible for:
* The safe, efficient and professional workmanship of oneself and others under your control.
* Carrying out modifications on electrical systems including wiring strip out and rewires, electrical component removal and installation and testing of all work undertaken.
* Carrying out fault finding on Electric Multiple Units.
* Using manufacturer supplied computer programs to interrogate and program parts and systems.
* Recording work carried out via both paperwork and computer systems
Qualifications / Education required:
* Minimum requirements NVQ Level 3 or equivalent award in an electrical discipline.
* Minimum 1 years experience of electrical work on vehicles
Hourly Pay Rate: £21.57 PAYE / £29.00 Umbrella
Shifts: Minimum of 40 hours a week, potentially rising to 45 hours after 12 weeks
Shift Pattern: Mon - Fri earlies and late shifts rotating weekly
