Elmlea Schools 1:1 SEN Support LSA Term Time Only - Fixed termPart-time (up to 27.5 hours per week over 5 days, fewer days or hours will be considered)Start Date: as soon as possible – End date: July 2027Closing date for applications: Monday 2nd March 2026 at 9am 5 inset days attendance required per year Salary: BG6 SCP 6-7 (FTE £25,989 to £26,403)We are looking for a part-time, 27.5 hours per week over 5 days (fewer days or hours will be considered), 1:1 SEND Support LSAs to join our dedicated team, working across the trust to support children with needs associated with ASD and social communication difficulties. Staff will deliver high quality support for learning activities 1:1 for children who have enhanced level funding and support children with social interactions as well as academic interventions (including playground support and support for off-site events). This role is varied, and we are looking for an adaptable, flexible and resourceful individual able to cope in a high-pressure environment and deal with constantly changing priorities.
