As part of our continued growth, we're looking for aan additional Project Manager to work on exciting international supply chain projects, collaborate across teams, and manage on-time, high-quality delivery. What You'll Do
* Support Account Managers
* Partner with Account Managers to plan and manage projects from initial business development through to final delivery.
* Act as the link between customers and internal teams, ensuring timelines and deliverables are clearly understood and achieved.
* Build Client Relationships
* Serve as the primary contact for our very large FMCG customers, providing regular updates and ensuring outstanding service.
* Communicate customer requirements to internal departments with precision and clarity.
* Manage Project Timelines
* Track, monitor, and report on project progress across our global supply chain—from factories in China to UK warehouses and clients worldwide.
* Proactively identify potential delays and resolve issues to meet delivery deadlines.
* Coordinate Logistics & Warehousing
* Collaborate with logistics teams to ensure timely purchases and accurate arrangements from global suppliers, using internal systems to streamline processes.
* Collaborate Across Departments
* Work with Planning and Technical teams to meet specifications, ensure compliance, and adhere to labelling/language requirements.
* Partner with our Design Studio to brief artwork requirements, incorporate customer feedback, and uphold brand standards.
* Deliver Administrative Excellence
* Prepare presentations, process orders, and complete detailed documentation.
* Attend client meetings, take comprehensive notes, and ensure follow-ups are actioned.
What We're Looking For
Experience & Skills
* Project Management Experience: 2+ years in a similar role, ideally within FMCG, retail, or food-related industries.
* Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
* Technical Skills: Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office; familiarity with SAGE and/or SAP is an advantage.
* Communication: Fluent English is essential; additional languages are beneficial.

* Attention to detail with a solutions-driven mindset.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Calm under pressure, proactive, and creative when solving problems.
Practical Requirements
* Transport: The role is based near Tower Park in Poole and you may occasionally be asked to work from our Ringwood office, so own transport is preferred.
* Flexibility: Occasional UK and international travel for client meetings and trade shows.
