Main Responsibilities
•Be the first point of contact for patients, handling phone and face to face enquiries and booking appointments.
•Help patients find the right health or wellbeing service.
•Work closely with the wellbeing team to support vulnerable groups.
•Provide friendly, professional support to ensure patients feel welcomed, listened to and directed to the right place.
Essential Skills
•Able to build trust and communicate sensitively with people from different backgrounds.
•Strong organisational skills and good attention to detail.
•Confident using IT, including Microsoft Office.
•Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.
