THE ELECTRICAL COMPLIANCE COLLECTIVE LTD is seeking a Marketing Apprentice to join their team.
This is a marketing role involving putting together monthly customer-focused newsletters and quarterly internal company update newsletters, email marketing campaigns, website blogs, website project updates, research, and helping design leaflets, website SEO, and ad campaigns for Google.
The apprenticeship will last for 1 year and 9 months, working 37 hours and 30 minutes a week, starting on Monday, 3 November 2025.
Work
Most of the apprenticeship is spent working, with hands-on experience and learning on the job.
What you'll do at work
The Marketing Apprentice will work closely with the director and wider team to develop marketing campaigns that raise brand awareness, generate leads, and build community trust.
Key responsibilities include:
* Updating and maintaining the company website and blog with relevant SEO-focused content
* Supporting the creation of promotional materials, case studies, and customer success stories
* Monitoring campaign performance using analytics tools and suggesting improvements
* Helping manage email marketing and customer follow-up campaigns
* Researching the local market, competitors, and opportunities for PR or collaboration
* Taking part in community events, exhibitions, and trade shows when required
* Working towards a recognized marketing qualification while gaining real-world experience
* Assisting the office with general day-to-day activities where required
Training
Apprenticeships include time away from working for specialist training, studying to gain professional knowledge and skills.
Training will cover:
* Developing or interpreting briefs for external or internal stakeholders and measuring delivery in-line with the specification and agreed timelines
* Planning and coordinating marketing activities using marketing tactics to acquire and retain one or more customer segments using available resources
* Contribute to the generation of innovative and creative approaches across video, images, and other formats, both online and offline, to support campaign development
* Using research/survey software to gather audience insight and/or evaluation to support the project
* Using copywriting techniques to write persuasive text/copy to meet a communications objective ensuring it is in-line with organizational brand guidelines
Requirements
GCSE in maths (grade 5) is required, and other relevant qualifications and industry experience are welcome.
