Reporting to the Quality Manager, the Quality Inspector will support the Quality Assurance function by ensuring that all products meet internal and external quality standards. In addition, the job holder will assist in liaising with customers and suppliers to resolve quality issues, maintain compliance with ISO and BRC standards and assist in driving continuous improvement across production & 6S process.

Key Responsibilities: for the role of Quality Technician
* Conduct routine quality inspections and audits on processes and goods.
* Assist with communication with suppliers and customers to address quality concerns, co-ordinate complaints and assist with customer satisfaction.
* Assist in maintaining and improving the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO 9001 and BRC Global Standard requirements.
* Assist in internal and external audits, including preparation of documentation and follow-up on corrective actions.
* Support the implementation of quality improvement initiatives and root cause analysis and 6S of the site (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone).
* Ensure accurate and timely completion of quality records, reports, and documentation.
* Monitor and report on key quality metrics and trends.
Qualifications & Experience:
* 2+ years of experience within a manufacturing or printing environment
* Knowledge of ISO 9001 and BRC standards (certification or audit experience preferred)
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and suppliers
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and ideally in quality management software/tools
* Knowledge of printing processes and materials would be advantageous.
