The Company
Motion Systems Limited is an expanding engineering-based company specialising in drives and controls for high-speed doors and gates.
Due to expansion and demand for our services, we are looking for a person to assist us on a Part Time basis in our head office in Widnes, this role will include all aspects of Administration, within our facility.
The Role/Candidate
The ideal candidate will develop strong relationships with colleagues throughout the business to support daily operations These will include, but will not be limited to
· Handling and responding to customer enquiries.
· Liaising with other departments
· Processing purchase invoices
· Preparing and sending invoices and statements
· Processing sales orders
· Generating reports
· Maintaining filing systems
· Performing any other admin duties that may be deemed necessary to ensure the effective running of the company.
The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative background. You must have a proactive, customer focused attitude, excellent communication skill, be numerate, diligent and have an excellent attention to detail.
· Previous experience in Sage Line 50 is Essential
· Microsoft Packages is Essential (Especially Office)
· VAT Return is Essential
· Bank Reconciliation is Essential
Hours/Location/Salary
Location – Widnes WA8
Hours Minimum 16 hours per week Monday to Friday (Hours: Flexible / Negotiable.)
Salary - £ £15 PH (Depending on skill set and experience)
