We are supporting a private equity client looking for an experienced Interim Managing Director to lead a well-established and successful industrial maintenance and engineering business. The company provides both planned and reactive services across several depots in the UK, supported by a team of over 100 skilled engineers.

* Provide leadership and stability during a transitional period.
* Support strategic initiatives and operational improvements.

* Ability to manage multi-site teams and deliver results under tight timelines.
