Residential Property Assistant - Eastbourne - £25,000 - £30,000 DOE
A well-regarded law firm is seeking a confident and experienced Residential Property Assistant to join their supportive team in Eastbourne. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys getting hands‑on with files and supporting conveyancing transactions from start to finish.
The Role
* Progress residential property files in the absence of the fee earner
* Liaise with clients via phone and email
* Audio typing and document production
* General file administration and case management
Ideal Candidate
* Prior experience in a conveyancing assistant or strong legal secretary role
* Proactive, organised and capable of working independently
* Confident communicator and team player
Key Details
* Full‑time, Monday to Friday, 9am‑5pm with 45 minutes lunch
* 20 days holiday + bank holidays (pro rata), increasing with service
* Additional leave during office Christmas closure
* On‑site parking
