The role
* Manage a litigated caseload of motor and credit hire claims
* Progress files in line with client instruction and agreed authority levels
* Draft pleadings, applications and witness statements
* Liaise with insurers, insured parties, witnesses and third parties
* Instruct counsel and attend conferences, mediations and court hearings
* Deliver against performance targets and quality standards
