Key Responsibilities
* Oversee and manage a varied portfolio of audit clients, including complex and technical assignments
* Serve as a trusted adviser to owner-managed businesses, offering both commercial and personal insight
* Take full ownership of client engagements, from planning and resource allocation through to completion
* Lead the audit process end-to-end, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines and budgets
* Delegate work effectively across the team while maintaining exceptional client service standards
* Review audit outputs and provide clear, constructive feedback to team members
* Evaluate complex business scenarios to identify risks, key issues, and priorities
* Support, mentor, and develop junior staff to foster their professional progression
* Build and sustain strong, long-term relationships with clients
About You
* ACA / ACCA / CA (or equivalent) qualified
* Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and UK GAAP
* Proven audit experience across multiple sectors
* Demonstrated ability to manage a sizeable client portfolio
* Effective leadership skills with experience developing and mentoring teams
* Commercially aware with a proactive, client-focused mindset
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
