The Role You will be responsible for machining components within a high-precision manufacturing environment, supporting advanced aerospace projects. Key Responsibilities Set up, operate, and adjust 5-axis turning and milling machines Monitor production quality and machine performance Work with Manufacturing Engineers on new part introduction Follow process layouts, work instructions, and compliance standards Support TPM and maintenance activities Ensure material flow, tooling availability, and SWIP monitoring Contribute to continuous improvement and lean initiatives Adhere to all EHS and safety procedures Essential Skills & Experience Minimum 3 years CNC setting & operating experience Experience in a precision engineering/manufacturing environment Knowledge of 5-axis machines and inspection equipment NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds (or equivalent) Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team Desirable Apprentice-trained background Experience with new technology or cell introductions Proactive, problem-solving mindset Shift P...
