As Project Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering schemes across:
* Passivhaus and carbon retrofit projects for top Cambridge Colleges
* Commercial refurbishments and cut & carve developments
* New build sports and leisure facilities
* Heritage-led new builds and sensitive restorations
* Estate upgrades for leading independent schools

What we're looking for in a Project Manager:
* Strong consultancy-side experience as a Project Manager
* Ability to manage multiple commercial or education-led schemes
* BSc/MSc in a construction or project management-related subject
* Ideally MRICS / MCIOB / PRINCE2 / APMP
* Excellent communication, leadership, and commercial awareness
