The Operator 2, Machine Liquid - Mixer Attendant is responsible for staging and mixing raw materials on the lines. Responsibilities
* Perform duties of an Operator 1
* Operate batch controller systems and perform data entries in SAP
* Perform viscosity and quality checks on line sampling
* Correct consistency of paste in a mixer and transfer chocolate as needed
* Operate equipment PLCs
* Track inventory, clean magnets, and document HACCP
* Data entry
* Cross train to perform all functions of an Operator 2, Machine Liquid - Refiner
* Cross train for "Raw Materials Assist" functions
Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Good written and oral communication skills
* Experience with Microsoft/Google Sheets is a plus
* Math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
* Basic computer usage (keyboard and mouse)
* One (1) year food manufacturing experience, required
* Ability to stand on concrete floor for long periods
* Ability to bend, squat, stretch, reach frequently
* Ability to climb stairs often
* Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs, often
* Comfortable working at heights
* Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions and temperatures in the facility
* Noise level can be high in the work environment

* Shift hours: Thursday 1:00am – 7:15am; Thursday, Friday and Saturday 7:00pm – 7:15am
