The Vacancy
Individual Giving Manager – 37.5 hours per week
Starting salary £41,750 per annum, with room to develop and progress through the pay grade banding to £47,236 on a competency-based framework.

Key Responsibilities:
* Creating, developing, and implementing strategies to acquire, retain, and engage individual donors.
* Driving growth in individual giving through digital channels, online campaigns, social media fundraising, and email marketing.
* Leading projects.
* Analyzing fundraising data to track performance and identify trends.
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience in fundraising, with a focus on digital fundraising.
* Understanding of supporter/customer engagement strategies.
* Excellent communication and project management skills.
* Proficiency in CRM systems.
* Strong understanding of the charity sector and fundraising regulations.
