Our award‑winning restaurant proudly holds two AA Rosettes and features a seasonal menu of locally sourced, wholesome country fare, reflecting both the landscape and the produce around us.
We’re now looking for an enthusiastic Commis Chef who’s passionate about flavour, seasonality, and developing their craft in a high‑calibre kitchen.

What You’ll Be Doing
At Newbridge on Usk, you’ll join a close‑knit brigade renowned for delivering exceptional, produce‑led dishes inspired by our countryside setting. You will:
Prepare and present dishes that celebrate Welsh produce and seasonal flavours, the hallmark of our award‑winning restaurant
Work under the guidance of our Senior Chefs, building your skills and confidence
Contribute to a consistently high standard of modern British cuisine
Collaborate with both kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver memorable guest experiences
