Knitting Supervisor Location: Hawick MillHours: Permanent, Full-time, 38 hours per week, Dayshift. Salary: Hourly rate begins at £14.63, with additional consideration given for candidates with extensive or specialised experience. About the Role Based in our Hawick knitting mill, you will: be able to prioritise workloads and problem solve issues efficiently working to meet targets and fulfil production schedules deal with issues quickly and efficiently using clear communication and flexibility to adapt to production requirements while working as part of a larger team reporting directly to the Knitting Managers be responsible for championing the highest quality throughout the team with a good eye for detail About you You will: be quality driven demonstrating high attention to detail have previous supervisory experience or manufacturing experience, preferably in a knitting environment be self motivated with strong organisational skills have the ability to supervise and work within a team be computer literate, with prior knowledge of manufacturing systems being advantageous What You Can Expect from Us At Johnstons of Elgin, we value our team and understand that our people are at the heart of our success.
