Job Purpose
Working within the Finnebrogue Vegetarian facility, you will work with state-of-the-art equipment and machines. This is an exciting opportunity to further your career with an expanding and developing company. As the Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for managing the sites engineering team, setting the direction and priorities, maintaining the site processing equipment & facilities with a focus on planned preventative maintenance. You will review the PM works and scheduling as appropriate to contribute to production output. You will also be commercially aware of the costs of downtime and strive to operate best in class standards. You will be involved with installation of new equipment and machinery, in addition you will liaise with internal and external stakeholders of all levels.
What it takes
You will have experience operating at a similar level with mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and steam equipment within a manufacturing environment. You will demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team of engineers. You will be organised and methodical with the ability to effectively plan and communicate to multiple departments within an organisation.
