Actual Salary: £13,727.32 - £17,375.50 per annum
Working Pattern: 15 hours per week (Wednesday and Thursday 8:30am - 5:00pm)

Essential Criteria
* Degree in a relevant subject area
* Minimum Level 2 Literacy and Numeracy
* Extensive experience in the field of counselling
* Strong commitment to quality assurance and enhancement
* Excellent organisation, analytical and communication skills

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging teaching sessions across undergraduate and postgraduate counselling programmes
* Provide academic support and act as Academic Advocate for students
* Participate in curriculum planning, programme development, and quality assurance processes
* Contribute to promotional activities and student engagement initiatives
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including universities, exam boards, and professional organisations
