Salary\: Circa £65,000 depending in experience What you’ll be doing\: Providing leadership and day to day management of the Payroll Reporting & Analytics Team Leading the delivery of all reporting, reconciliations and third party payments Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure expectations are being met Managing financial controls, and providing support to all audit activity Working collaboratively to identify issues and resolve problems Encouraging, supporting and delivering continuous improvement initiatives to drive standardisation, automation and efficiency of processes, as well as exploiting data through insightful analysis Your skills and experiences: Essential: Demonstrable reporting and analysis experience (within a Payroll environment preferred) Ability to analyse, interpret and present data to a high standard Team leadership and people management experience Ability to engage, communicate, and influence at different levels both internally and externally.
