Prepare lessons and courses. Undertake development of the curriculum. Contribute to the assessment and reporting on the work of pupils. Contribute to the professional development of colleagues. Consult with and assist colleagues on subject specific education issues. Participate in the organisation of the school to contribute to the school development Plan and school policies as considered appropriate by the Head Teacher. Maintain good order and discipline among pupils and to safeguard their health and safety. Advise and guide pupils on issues related to their education.
